Josh started his career at Naked Wines in 2008 as a Wine Advisor before becoming the Sales and Service Director in 2011. His role oversaw the Sales and Service departments (aka, Customer Happiness & Wine Advisor Teams) in the UK, USA and Australia.

Josh became Customer Director of Majestic Retail in September 2016 and Retail & Managing Director in January 2018

Sarah Appleton is the Transformation Director, leading the Finance, People and Property teams and accountable for driving the business’ change agenda.
Sarah joined Majestic in September 2017 after 8 years at Sainsbury’s in various commercial leadership roles covering buying (including running the £1.1bn wine category team), merchandising, strategic sourcing, supply chain and group strategy.

Previously she was at OC&C Strategy Consultants, in the Retail and Consumer practice.

Sarah specialises in proposition development, optimised sourcing and commercial strategy.

Natalie joined Majestic in January 2016 as Head of .Com & Performance. As part of her role she launched the Next Day Delivery website changes alongside National Fulfillment Centre move in 2016. In 2017 she managed the re-platform of the website.
Prior to Majestic, Natalie worked at REISS for four years as Head of E-commerce and at Temperley London for five years as Director of Online & Marketing overseeing all offline & online activity.
Natalie was promoted to Majestic Customer Director  in January 2018 overseeing Email & Direct Mail, Design & Content, Customer Performance,  Online Trade, User Experience & Front-end Development.
