Meet our Team
Supply Chain Director
Neil joined Majestic Wine as Supply Chain Director in March 2015 and has over 27 years of retail supply chain experience having spent time working in retailers such as M&S, Dixons, Matalan, Asda/Walmart and B&Q. Neil specialises in Inventory management, Network Planning, Logistics Development, Freight Management and Allocation & Replenishment.
Louise joined Majestic in early 2016 following 3 years as HR director at Links of London, managing 80 stores across the UK, online and wholesale staff. Previously she has also headed up HR departments at Dune Group, Selfridges Retail and Waterstones.
Buying and Merchandising Director
Richard is the Buying and Merchandising Director of Majestic Wine. He joined Majestic in 1998 and qualified for the WSET Diploma in 2002. His roles have also included Ecommerce Manager, where he launched the first Majestic website in 2000 and Ecommerce Director.
Richard currently holds responsibility for the overall product offer, including buying, sourcing, ranging and merchandising. His favourite wine regions are The Rhône, southern France and Spain.
Retail Operations Director
Rob has over 30 years’ experience in Retail, specialising in implementing change delivery, business planning, team engagement and store operations improvements. Rob’s experience includes Retail Operations Director at Hobbycraft, Head of Retail at Screwfix and Operations Director at Borders.
Josh started his career at Naked Wines in 2008 as a Wine Advisor before becoming the Sales and Service Director in 2011. His role oversaw the Sales and Service departments (aka, Customer Happiness & Wine Advisor Teams) in the UK, USA and Australia.
Josh became Customer Director of Majestic Retail in September 2016
